In short
concierva.com uses no advertising cookies and no tracking pixels. The only non-essential cookies are those of Google Analytics, and they are set only if you click “Accept” in the small notice at the bottom of the page. Until then, nothing from Google is loaded.
Separately, we count visits with a cookieless statistics tool hosted on our own server: it stores nothing on your device and keeps no IP addresses, only aggregated figures.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
_ga— Google Analytics, distinguishes visitors; expires after 13 months._ga_9NMHFDH97H— Google Analytics, keeps the session; expires after 13 months.
Provider: Google Ireland Limited. Google signals and advertising features are switched off. Your choice is kept in your browser (local storage, key cv_ga) so we do not ask again.
What the website does use
- The website chat keeps a random session identifier only in the open page, so the conversation can continue. It is not saved on your device and disappears when you close or reload the page.
- The voice demo, once you start it, opens a secure connection between your browser and our voice technology provider. The connection uses technical identifiers that are strictly necessary for the call and end with it.
- Your browser may keep copies of images, fonts and styles (cache) so pages load faster. This contains no personal data.
Changing your mind
Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to accept or refuse analytics cookies at any time. If you refuse after accepting, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted.
Control
You can delete or block cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings. Questions: hello@concierva.com. See also our privacy policy.
