75 channels. One calendar.
Concierva connects your rooms and rates to the platforms where guests book, from Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb to Agoda, Trip.com, Google Hotels, Vrbo and Hostelworld. Change a rate, a minimum stay or a closed date once and it updates on every channel. When a room sells anywhere, it closes everywhere.
Five extranets, one tired person and a calendar that is never quite right
A small property on three or four platforms spends a surprising part of the week copying the same changes: a higher rate for a festival weekend, a two-night minimum in August, a room closed for repairs. Each extranet looks a little different, and the moment one is forgotten, the same room can be sold twice. Then a guest calls to book by phone, and that booking lives in a notebook or a separate system that the platforms know nothing about.
How it works
Connect your channels
We connect the accounts and contracts you already have on each platform. Existing future bookings come into the Concierva calendar, so availability is right from day one.
Set rates and rules once
Rates, minimum stay and closed dates are changed by date range in one calendar and sent to every connected channel.
Sell everywhere, safely
A booking from any platform, the phone, WhatsApp or your website closes that room on every other channel.

What it does
One calendar, every booking
Bookings from every connected channel appear in a single calendar, by room and by date, so you see the real picture of the week.
Rates, minimum stay, closed dates
Change them by date range, once. A festival weekend or a quiet November is set in one place and sent everywhere.
A sold room closes everywhere
When a room is booked on one channel, its availability is updated on the others, so you are not chasing extranets after every booking.
Direct bookings in the same calendar
Bookings taken by phone, WhatsApp or website chat go into the same calendar and close the room on the platforms too.
75 channels, global and local
The big platforms, local sites country by country, hostel and villa platforms, and wholesale partners that sell your rooms to their own customers.
With or without a PMS
Use Concierva as your calendar, or keep the PMS you already have and let Concierva work on top of it. We check the connection on request.

Questions
Which channels can I connect?
Concierva connects to 75 booking channels, including Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, Agoda, Trip.com, Google Hotels, Vrbo and Hostelworld, plus local sites and wholesale partners. Some channels work only in certain countries.
Do I need an account on each platform?
Yes. Concierva connects to the accounts and contracts you already have. If you are not on a platform yet, you sign up with them first and we connect it afterwards.
How long does it take to connect a channel?
Most channels are connected from your Concierva dashboard. Some platforms confirm the connection on their side, which can take a few days.
I already use a PMS. Can I keep it?
Yes. Concierva can work on top of your PMS. Tell us which one you use and we will check the connection for you.
Do bookings taken by phone close the room on the platforms?
Yes. Bookings made by phone, WhatsApp or website chat go into the same calendar, and the room is closed on the connected channels like any other booking.
