Do I need an account on each platform?
Yes. Concierva connects to the accounts and contracts you already have. If you are not on a platform yet, you sign up with them first, and we connect it afterwards.
How long does it take to connect a channel?
Most channels are connected from your Concierva dashboard. Some platforms confirm the connection on their side, which can take a few days.
What happens to the bookings I already have?
Your existing future bookings are brought into the Concierva calendar when a channel is connected, so availability is correct from the first day.
I already use a PMS. Can I keep it?
Yes. Concierva can work on top of your PMS; tell us which one you use and we will check the connection.
