Who operates the website
concierva.com is operated by SYNTRANOVA AL LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 485824, with its registered office at Nikis 1, Anthoupoli, 2350, Nicosia, Cyprus. Contact: hello@concierva.com. By using the website you accept these terms.
What the website is for
The website presents Concierva, lets you try a live demo and request early access. Sending a form or a chat message does not create a contract. The Concierva service is provided to properties under a separate written agreement, with its own price, service levels and data processing terms.
The live demo
The chat and voice demo show how Concierva works. Hotel Lumen is a fictional sample hotel: its rooms, prices and availability are examples, and demo bookings are not real reservations. Answers are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally be inaccurate; please do not rely on the demo for decisions. The voice demo uses your microphone only after you start it, and each conversation is limited in length.
Fair use
Please do not misuse the website or the demo: no automated or excessive requests, no attempts to break or bypass its security, no unlawful, abusive or misleading content, and no personal data of other people in the demo. We may limit or block access to protect the service.
Intellectual property
The Concierva name, logo, texts, images and design belong to Syntranova or its licensors. The names and logos of booking platforms and other companies belong to their owners; they appear only to show which channels can be connected and do not imply endorsement.
Liability
The website and the demo are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Syntranova is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of the website or the demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Nicosia have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
